Analytics & BI dashboards
One version of the numbers, agreed by everyone, updated automatically.
/ The problem
The data is already in your systems; the problem is that every department computes its own version of it. Two dashboards disagree, the meeting becomes an argument about whose export is right, and the decision waits another week.
BI fails when metrics are defined in charts instead of in one governed layer — the same "revenue" ends up meaning four different things.
/ How we deliver
We build a small, honest data warehouse over your operational systems, define each metric once in a governed transformation layer, and only then build dashboards. Every number on a chart traces back to a definition everyone signed off.
Reports are automated to the point of boredom: scheduled loads, freshness checks, and alerts when a pipeline or a number drifts out of range. For operational teams we push key figures out daily — by dashboard, email, or SMS.
/ What we build with it
Executive dashboards
One agreed version of revenue, margin, and growth — the meeting argues about decisions, not exports.
Operational reporting
The numbers that run the day, pushed to the people who need them by dashboard, email, or SMS.
Reconciliation analytics
Platform vs bank vs provider, matched continuously — differences surface in hours, not at month end.
Market context
External data from our aggregation pipelines joined to your internals for pricing and planning.

The short version
How this service runs, in title-block form. Ask us for the long version.
- Warehouse
- Built over your operational systems
- Metrics
- Defined once in a governed layer
- Loads
- Scheduled, with freshness checks
- Alerts
- Pipeline failures and metric drift
- Tooling
- Portable definitions — the BI tool is replaceable
/ How delivery runs
- 1
Source connection
Operational databases and files land in the warehouse on a schedule, untouched and auditable.
- 2
Metric definitions
Each measure is defined once, reviewed with the people who own it, and signed off.
- 3
Dashboards
Executive and operational views are built on the governed layer — never straight on raw tables.
- 4
Automate & alert
Scheduled loads, freshness checks, and drift alerts keep the numbers trustworthy without a human babysitter.
/ Common questions
Which BI tools do you use?
We fit the tool to the team — established open-source and commercial BI platforms both work with our warehouse layer. The metric definitions are portable; the tool is replaceable.
Our data is messy. Is that a blocker?
No — it’s the normal starting point. Cleaning and reconciling the sources is the first deliverable, and usually surfaces operational issues worth more than the dashboards.
Can dashboards include data from outside our company?
Yes — our data aggregation service can feed market, competitor, or public data into the same warehouse so internal numbers get external context.
